Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This policy protects the Service, our customers and the people whose data is in it. It applies to every user of Kinetic VOC.

2. You must not

• break the law, or help anyone else to do so, including employment, data protection, tax and anti-money laundering law;
• upload data you have no right to use, or personal data that you have not collected lawfully;
• try to access another organisation’s data, probe or bypass security controls, or test for vulnerabilities outside our Responsible Disclosure Policy;
• share sign-in details or let one account be used by several people;
• send spam or unsolicited marketing through the Service, or message people who have not agreed to marketing;
• upload malware, or interfere with the Service or other users;
• use automated means to extract data beyond the published interfaces and their rate limits;
• use an AI assistant connection to take actions a person in your organisation has not approved;
• resell or provide the Service to others as a service bureau without our written agreement;
• use the Service as the only means of dispatching emergency response, or for clinical decisions.

3. What we do about breaches

We may investigate a suspected breach, remove unlawful content, and suspend the accounts involved where needed to prevent harm. We will tell you what we did and why, unless the law prevents it, and restore access once the problem is fixed. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to termination under the Terms.
